Estate Planning

Be prepared

Estate Planning is a complex area of law and we would be happy to discuss your situation and requirements..

Estate planning involves the preparation of a plan to manage and distribute your assets on your passing. The most basic step in estate planning means preparing a Will. It may also include appointing an attorney, to manage your affairs, and a guardian, to make health decisions for you, if you lose your capacity to do so.

There are many different types of Will but basically they can be:

  • a “simple will”
  • a “testamentary trust Will”
